* Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other third-party providers.
* We do not store your payment details.
* By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

* Orders are usually processed within 3 business days but this depends on the vendor who is fulfilling your merchandise order.
* Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier availability.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

* Podcast subscriptions and digital content purchases are non-refundable.
* Merchandise from vendor, Printful, may be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original condition. Merchandise from Apliiq is non returnable.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

* All podcast content, logos, and designs are owned by Whiskey Shenanigans.
* You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

* Our store and podcast are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
